Preferred CFO was founded by Jerry Vance and has provided outsourced financial leadership since 2013. Today, the firm includes experienced CFOs, controllers, accounting professionals, financial systems experts, and HR leaders who support organizations across a wide range of industries and stages of growth.

Jerry has more than 28 years of experience in the financial industry and more than 15 years providing CFO consulting services to over 300 organizations. He has prepared more than 300 long-term financial forecasts and has helped companies secure hundreds of millions of dollars in debt and equity financing.

Preferred CFO’s team works with CEOs, owners, boards, and existing finance teams to improve financial visibility, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, systems, capital planning, and long-term financial performance.
