He challenges CEOs on difficult issues, holds leaders accountable to measurable commitments, and is equally comfortable working through strategy, talent, margin, sales, M&A and execution challenges.
Edward works particularly well with CEOs navigating rapid growth, leadership-team challenges, margin expansion, operational scaling, M&A, strategic prioritization and exit preparation. His broad operating background allows him to move quickly between strategy and execution rather than approaching the CEO's challenges through a single functional lens.
Edward is based in San Diego, CA. He coaches CEOs across North America through 1:1 sessions, board observation, and on-site strategic offsites, drawing on his Harvard Baker Scholar MBA and Cambridge degrees.
